My original purpose for building this website was to hopefully start an online business. But I wasted literally months searching for profitable keywords and trying to find my niche, and to no avail. I finally just gave up, deciding instead to just share information on two of my favorite passions......climbing the highest mountains in Japan and my Pacific Islands travel to nearby exotic Asian beach paradises. Therefore, for the most part, this site is still essentially non-commercial. In fact, even though my website is well over 2 years old, it wasn't until just Oct. 2010 that I started adding Google ads. My intent is not to get rich, but merely to help offset my costs of hosting this site. Accordingly, since I don't have a product or service of my own to market, I have added my own custom-designed Amazon store below, which features the best-selling products in 12 of Amazon's most popular categories. And if you click on the categories on the right-hand side, you'll see all of the bestsellers in each of those categories, updated hourly by Amazon. If you were planning to shop at Amazon anyways, and if you find something you like and purchase from this page, you will be helping to support my site. And because you are buying from America's largest online retailer, you needn't worry about the safety of the transaction, as all orders are processed through Amazon's secure, encrypted 128-bit SSL server. When you click on a specific product, you will see the product's description and details, with a direct link to Amazon's shopping cart. So I will be delighted if you shop till you drop.  Well, as a
