To be honest, I'm embarrassed to show my Mt. Kasagatake (笠ヶ岳) hiking schedule, because since this trip was a spur of the moment decision, I was seriously out of shape and consequently was slow as a snail, even going downhill.

And the snowfall, slippery rocks, and my sprained ankle on Sat. Oct. 10 certainly didn't help matters.

But I just felt it might be of some benefit to some hikers, so I've decided to post my hiking schedule, elevation, and expense data anyways. So here it is, for whatever it's worth.

Please note that the elevation readings are from my great new Casio triple sensor altimeter watch, so they are approximate estimates for reference purposes only, and may not necessarily match the exact elevation on the ground.
