Are Mt. Fuji descending trails open until Sept. 11, 2016?

Hi there, thanks for the great overview. Looking at the official site (http://www.fujisan-climb.jp/en/season) it seems the Yoshida descending trail is open until Sep 11 morning which allows for a climb up on the evening of Sep 10. However, there are no such remarks for the Subashiri trail.
I am wondering if you have any insights, as I am hoping to climb up the Subashiri trail on Sep 10 and down on Sep 11 morning? Contact email or phone number for the trails would be helpful if not!
