Culture of Canada

by Steffie
(Indonesia)

Even though Canada is a neighboring country of America, Canada is actually so diverse, both historically and ethnically. There is no single national culture in Canada because Canada is influenced by so many other cultures.

For example, there are great French influences on Quebec and New Brunswick. Canada’s aboriginal people also maintain their own distinctive cultures and immigrants who live in Canada still maintain the unique culture from their homelands.

British and American influences can be seen in Canadian daily life English-speaking communication. Quebec’s French culture is perhaps most noticeable through its architecture, music, and food.

As the way it is, Canada still has culture, a very unique blended culture that is similar to stew, if I may say.
