How to get to the Fujinomiya, Gotemba, and Subashiri trails from Yokohama station?

by Abhi
(London)

I am going to Mount Fuji 3 times when I arrive in Japan next week

I want to start from 24th August until 8th September, can you please assist me as with links or routes with buses or trains

I heard Fujinomiya and Gotemba are apparently in the same direction, if I might try to do them 2 days in a row and then Subashiri after

I have done Yoshida years ago

I rather get the cheapest bus and train if possible as my nearest station will be Yokohama where I will be staying

Thank you

Various options are available...

Abhi, transport access to the Fujinomiya, Gotemba, and Subashiri trails can be found on the 3 pages linked from this section of my Climbing Mt. Fuji FAQ page:
https://www.garyjwolff.com/climbing-mt-fuji.html#access

If you need additional assistance in how to access those buses and trains from Yokohama Station, perhaps the kind English-speaking folks at the Yokohama Tourist Information Center can help you:

Happy trails and thanks for visiting my site…
