My Saudi friends

by Ryo

When I lived in New York, I was sharing a house with my friends who are from Saudi Arabia. I had a really good time with them. Let me tell you my story.

The first time I saw them, I thought they were serious and faithful, because they prayed to God and went to school everyday. Japanese don't have a strong religion, so I was surprised.

But what I thought was a little bit different was when we were having a party, the man who lived downstairs came to our home and he said "What the heck are you doing? Frigging noisy. If you do this one more time, I'm gonna kill you."

But as soon as he left, we turned it up louder. Although we were crazy and that was definitely not good, it was so much fun. They were funny, friendly, and crazy, and that's why I liked them.

Sometimes I contact with them by using Facebook. The only thing I can say is my Saudi friends are nice.

Nice story
by: Riko

Your story was interesting!

I envy you because you have a Saudi Arabian friend. I don't have religion, but it is important to communicate with people who have different religion.
