Singapore is a country in Asia which is very near to China. I have never been there, but some of my friends are studying there. They told me that Singapore is a very rich country and the government is tremendously efficient. And the environment is very beautiful just like Japan.
I heard that the laws in Singapore are very strict, including caning which is unbelievable. I think it is useful to carry out severe laws to make their people afraid of violating the law. But in my point of view, the caning is a little overdoing it.
