June 26, 2025 - Brain Drain: The Mere Presence of One’s Own Smartphone Reduces Available Cognitive Capacity

"The present research identifies a potentially costly side effect of the integration of smartphones into daily life: smartphone-induced “brain drain.” We provide evidence that the mere presence of consumers’ smartphones can adversely affect two measures of cognitive capacity—available working memory capacity and functional fluid intelligence—without interrupting sustained attention or increasing the frequency of phone-related thoughts.

Consumers who were engaged with ongoing cognitive tasks were able to keep their phones not just out of their hands, but also out of their (conscious) minds; however, the mere presence of these devices left fewer attentional resources available for engaging with the task at hand."

But the good news is: Giving Up Your Phone For Just 3 Days Can Reshape Your Brain Activity

June 2, 2025 - Eating a french fry is like smoking a cigarette

"Edible oil industry scientists warn that seed oils, like soybean, corn, and canola, easily deteriorate into toxins with time. Their fragile fatty acids (the polyunsaturated kind) react with oxygen in the air, generating toxic compounds called aldehydes—chemicals also found in cigarette smoke—that make fried foods like French fries harmful. Oxidation reactions mutate the fatty acids, transforming them from natural and potentially nutritious into toxic aldehydes such as crotonaldehyde and n-hexanal. The result? Toxic oil.

Because restaurants reuse the oils in their deep fryers many times, oil toxicity becomes alarmingly potent. The study estimates that a 154-gram serving of potato chips (about a large serving) fried in seed oils used for an estimated 3-4 days contains aldehyde levels comparable to smoking 25 cigarettes a day. Yes, the same toxic chemicals in cigarette smoke—crotonaldehyde (1.8–5.7 mg) and n-hexanal (2.5–9.5 mg)—are absorbed into your fries and chips, transferring directly into your body when you eat them.

These aldehydes wreak havoc by causing oxidative stress, a process where free radicals damage cells, proteins, and DNA. Oxidative stress is a root cause of chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s, which I discuss in depth in my book, 'Dark Calories'. Unlike stable fats like beef tallow or butter, which resist oxidation, seed oils dominate commercial frying because they’re cheap and widely available. This makes them a public health hazard, as fried foods are a dietary staple for many."

May 29, 2025 - "Toxic Nation" - The Movie

The very institutions we were told to trust, silently continue to make us sicker. So America’s Worst Health Crisis wasn’t accidental. It was fully engineered.

It exploded after a flood of untested chemicals, government-approved toxins, and pharma-first policies hit our homes, our schools, and our food supply.

Autism. Autoimmune. Obesity. Infertility. Cancer. All at the same time. All rising. All connected. And the agencies meant to protect us? They sold us out for profit.

Inside the film, you’ll discover:
- Food dyes banned overseas — still legally fed to American children.
- Industrial seed oils sold as “heart healthy” but wreaking havoc on our cellular health.
- Endocrine-disrupting chemicals hiding in household products, tap water, and skincare.
- A regulatory system complicit in decades of coverups.

Starting May 27, 2025, for 10 exclusive days, you can access this riveting film FOR FREE here.

May 13, 2025 - ICE Houston arrests 422 illegal aliens, deports 528 during week-long operation aimed at bolstering public safety

HOUSTON, TEXAS - U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 422 illegal aliens, including 296 criminal aliens, and deported 528 aliens during a 7-day operation from May 4 – May 10 focused on bolstering public safety in the Houston area.

“In recent years, some of the world’s most dangerous fugitives, transnational gang members and criminal aliens have taken advantage of the crisis at our nation’s southern border to illegally enter the U.S.,” said ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Houston Field Office Director Bret Bradford. “After illegally entering the country, these violent criminal aliens have infiltrated our local communities and reigned terror on law-abiding residents leaving countless innocent victims in their wake. Fueled by our unwavering commitment to protect the public from harm, and united in our determination to re-establish sovereignty over our southern border, the law enforcement community in Texas has banded together to remove these dangerous criminals from our country and restore law and order in our communities.”

"FBI Houston has surged quite a bit of resources in the form of agents and intelligence to support and assist DHS/HSI/ICE in identifying and arresting violent and wanted individuals,” said FBI Houston Special Agent in Charge Douglas Williams. “Our intel support is as strong as our tactical support. By working together and sharing what we know with our partners, we have been able to prioritize the worst of the worst criminals, and that’s what we will continue to do.”

May 8, 2025 - Vaccines in our lettuce & spinach?! Are you SERIOUS?

EDIBLE VACCINES? YES, IT’S REAL — AND YOU’RE PAYING FOR IT.

Congressman Thomas Massie just blew the lid off a chilling development:

“They’re using taxpayer dollars to fund mRNA vaccines grown in lettuce and spinach. Eat your salad — get injected.”

Despite Massie’s effort to defund this research in the Agriculture Appropriations Bill, it was tossed aside in favor of an omnibus — greenlighting another year of edible vaccine experiments.

April 30, 2025 - U.S. Government’s Bio-War Against America: 15 Historical Medical Horrors Inflicted on the American People by the Government Itself

As the research article linked below reveals, the U.S. government has routinely unleashed bioweapons on its own people. It has weaponized medicine, dropped aerosolized bioweapons on civilian populations in the USA and subjected American civilians—especially Black and marginalized populations—to horrific medical torture under the guise of "science."

The evidence is undeniable. Each of the 15 events listed in the article below can be independently verified through multiple historical sources.

The same agencies that murdered Black men in Tuskegee, sprayed cities with bioweapons, and drugged soldiers are now pushing vaccine mandates, bird flu terror, and mRNA gene-editing drugs.

If you think COVID was bad, wait until they roll out bird flu lockdowns. If you think mRNA injections are safe, wake up—they’re part of a long history of medical atrocities.

Your own government wants you dead. But they don’t want you to resist, which is why they use psyops to convince gullible, obedient people to line up and be injected with death jabs.

Don’t be gullible. Be informed, alert, aware. Stay alive with knowledge and resistance. Arm yourself with nutrition: Superfoods, anti-viral herbs and extracts that protect you against shedding. Use today’s best remedies and natural cures to stay alive.

April 23, 2025 - Mt. Fuji Bookings Now Open for 2025 Season

Online reservations for climbing Mt. Fuji's Yoshida Trail are now officially open for the 2025 season, as of April 24. It costs ¥4,000 per hiker, and payment can be made online. A digital ticket will then be issued. You can make a reservation via the official Mt. Fuji climbing website, as well as the ticketing platform Asoview (in Japanese).

The Mt. Fuji reservation system includes a date-change feature, allowing climbers to reschedule their tickets based on weather conditions or personal plans — depending on availability.

April 2, 2025 - 25 U.S. states to ban atmospheric geoengineering chemtrail pollution

America is rising to reclaim her skies — 25 states strong, and now the Executive Branch is listening.

With 24 U.S. states now having introduced legislation to ban atmospheric geoengineering — including a soon-to-be filed bill from Michigan, the latest to join — the grassroots-led, people-powered movement is achieving what many once thought impossible: awakening the nation to the silent, shadowy manipulation of our weather and skies, polluting our waterways and landscapes with toxins.

Our skies — and our children — can no longer be treated as collateral damage in unregulated experiments cloaked in climate "solutions." The spraying of our atmosphere with unaccountable aerosols, nanoparticles, and chemical agents violates bodily sovereignty, environmental sanctity, and human dignity.

What was once dismissed as conspiracy is now the subject of state-level policy, grassroots mobilization, and now — federal attention.

A national and international coalition — including members of the Global Wellness Forum, representing tens of millions of concerned citizens in the U.S., and hundreds of millions globally are rising in solidarity for clean air, clear skies, and sovereign health.
