Are there weekday buses from Kofu to Hirogawara in October 2024?

Hi Gary! Love your website and your anecdotes-you have a special way of making us feel your joy and enthusiasm for the mountains vicariously.

I'm attempting the Shirane Sanzan in the middle of October from the 13th till the 16th (albeit a hack version where I double back to Kita-dake Sanso) instead of going down beyond Notori-dake) and I'm concerned that there won't be a bus out of Kofu.

Does the bus to Hirogawara run only on the weekends/holidays, or is there a bus table in the middle of the week? Also, does the bus take reservations or is it a first-come-first-served basis?
