Closing dates for the Subashiri trail mountain huts?

by Tabish
(U.K.)

Hi Gary,

Do you have any info about the huts on the Subashiri trail? I'm planning to hike it on 24th August - I'd like to know if the huts will still be open on that trail.

Thanks!

Tabish, your wish is my command. :-)

You'll find a list of Subashiri Trail mountain huts along with closing dates on this page, updated just last month: http://www.jnto.go.jp/eng/arrange/travel/practical/pdf/Mt.Hut_Mt.Fuji.pdf

Best wishes...

Cheers,
Gary
