How to get to Fujinomiya trail 5th station from Chubu airport?

Would like to go to Mt. Fuji Fujinomiya trail 5th station, but i will be coming from Chubu Centrair international airport. Would like to ask how to get there. I am not taking the bullet train because its costly. Thank you.

Take a climbing bus from either Shizuoka Station or Shin-Fuji Station

Gigisingson, I believe these 2 sites will help you:

1) http://www.fujiyama-navi.jp/fujitozan/access/page/station/lang/en/#anc_from_central_japan_airport
2) http://www.fujiyama-navi.jp/fujitozan/access/page/bus/lang/en/ (click on blue Fujinomiya 5th Station box)

From Chubu Centrair International Airport, you'll need to take the Meitetsu Airport Line to Nagoya Station, then the JR Tokaido Main Line (no need to use the Shinkansen) to either Shizuoka Station or Shin-Fuji Station, from where you can take a climbing bus up to the Fujinomiya Trail 5th Station.

For more detailed route info, you can call the Tourist Info Center @ +81-3-3201-3331 (open daily from 9:00 to 17:00, except Jan. 1).
