I suppo​​se anything is possible, but trying it that late in the year would not be very advisable.

Both of the mountain huts near the summit, Hakuba-sanso and Chojo Shukusha, close in mid-October.

By then there will already be a chance of serious snowfalls and I suspect transport access to the trailhead will be quite limited.
