Map of Italy

When talking about Italy, the first thing that comes to my mind is its shape on the map, like a boot playing football. Maybe this is one of the reasons why Italians are good at football.

Italian food is well-known and welcomed all over the world, with the most famous foods being pasta and pizza. Italian desserts like ice cream and Tiramisu are especially delicious. Once you've tried it, you can never forget.

Italy has a long history and a splendid culture. It has 47 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, which is the greatest number in the world. High art and monuments can be found everywhere around the country.
