Let the Games Begin!!!!

Game of Thrones is mainly filmed in a Belfast studio and in locations somewhere in Northern Ireland, Malta, Croatia, Iceland, and Morocco. It is an adaptation of 'A Song of Ice and Fire,' George R. R. Martin's series of fantasy novels.

To be honest, I haven't watched/read Game of Thrones yet, nor do I have the desire to. However, I can recognise that it is a great series with tonnes of fans. For me it's a bit too serious and dark, which is part of the reason why I could also never bring myself to enjoy Harry Potter after 'The Goblet of Fire.'
