beaver tail dessert

I have been in Canada only once, and it was when I was 15 years old. I really enjoyed it and it's a beautiful country, but what I really remember was one dessert called beaver tail.

It's some kind of hot cake that is fried and is covered with nutella and sugar or other kinds of sweet stuff. It was really, really good, in fact I would only go back for one. :P

When I went there, it was summer and the temperature was really good for them because the boys were on the street without a shirt, but for me it was still really cold, and I remember I was the only one wearing a jacket.
