Soccer in America

by Masanori Kawaguchi
(Setagaya, Tokyo, Japan)

I like soccer very much. In America, soccer is less popular than baseball, basketball, and American football. Of course, baseball, basketball, and American football are exciting. But soccer is the most exciting and fantastic sport!!

Some famous players, like David Beckham and Thierry Henry, play soccer in America. They contribute to popularizing soccer in America. I support them. And America has some good soccer players who play in the European league. I would like Americans to support them and love soccer.
