Your advice on my goal to visit Mt. Kita-dake during 8-13 Aug. 2015?

Hi Gary,

I following your report via this website. I never been in Japan.
I plan to visit there​​ during 8-13 Aug 2015. The goal to visit Kitadake mt. but have no information.

Can you please kindly advice? Appreciate in advance.

my tentative plan
7-Aug-15 11 pm departure from Thailand
8-Aug-15 8 am arrived Narita airport. Then go to Kofu city by: Narita express train > Shinjuku station, Change the train to Chuo line> Kofu city, Overnight at Kofu
9-Aug-15 3 am? Leaving from Kofu to go Ashiyasu, Change the bus to Hirogawara.
6-7 am start the trek, overnight at Shirane-oike-koya or Kata-no-koya (Do I have to booking the hut before arrive?)
10-Aug-15 early morning (4-5 am) start the trek to summit Kitadake mt.
Downhill and direct to Kufu overnight at Kofu.

11-Aug-15 looking for city tour Kofu or Tokyo ( No plan now )
12-Aug-15 Of course city tour in Japan and overnight at Japan
13-Aug-15 9 am depart from Narita
