LA, the Big Fascinating City

by Nozomi U.
(Tokyo, Japan)

When I hear "America," two big cities come to my mind first. Those cities are New York and Los Angeles. Which do you like: casual or formal? If you like casual, you should go to LA as that is the most popular city in California. There are a lot of famous places: Hollywood Sign, Beverly Hills, Grauman's Chinese Theater, and so on.

I've been there and stayed just 2 months last year. And that place still fascinates me even now. I felt a leisurely life there.

The weather is comfortable, it's near the sea, there are many festivals on the beach, and people are friendly.

One day, when I was walking down the street, I met an old man. Suddenly he said to me "That's so beautiful. I love your dress color!" I was surprised, because it was a rare experience that I had.

Actually I've never been talked to by a passing stranger like that. I feel the real difference of culture. That was a wonderful one.

Anyway, that place is AWESOME!! I love LA, Cali. :)))♥
